Sport Specific Team Training
WF Athletics offers sport specific strength and speed camps for athletes from any sport or team. Program includes general strength, power, conditioning, speed development, coordination and dynamic flexibility. WF Athletics camps emphasize a professional atmosphere teaching through commitment, integrity and respect.
Programs include:
- Performance assessment prior to sessions
- Education on correct form and technique
- Home program designed for the days the athlete isn't training with WF Athletics Performance Enhancement Specialists
The number of sessions and frequency will be determined by administrators and coaches to fit their needs. Teams can determine which type of programming they wish to register for, such as:
- Strength only: 60-minute weight room sessions
- Combination Strength and Speed: 30-minute weight room session and 30-minute SAQ training
- Other programs can be designed based on specific requirements
Instructor to Athlete ratio will be determined by the number of athletes in the program.
