All new clients, must complete these documents: Waiver and Health Questionaire. Please download, complete and bring to your first session.

Fit Kids Program

The WF Athletics Fit Kids Program is a strength and conditioning program geared toward instilling a fit and healthy lifestyle for children. The program will focus on function movement exercises in a fun and playful way without being competitive. The kids will work at their own pace doing cone drills, hurdles, jump rope, bean bag throw, nature walks, and anything to get their minds off TV and video games. The Fit Kids Program is all in the name of health and fun.

Sessions last 45 minutes and meet on Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM.
For ages 5-11
