WF Athletics hosts weekend and travel fitness events. Upcoming events include:
SAQ CAMP
Our Speed, Agility and Quickness Camp will teach you:
- correct running techniques for optimum speed and explosiveness
- to master proper first step mechanics for increased overall speed
- to introduce the importance of quickness through linear and lateral change of direction agility
Three 60 minute sessions that meet on 3 consecutive weekends. This workshop is to be scheduled. If you are interested, please contact us.
