Bootcamp
WF Athletics Bootcamp is a great way to have fun exercising. Our main objectives will be to lose weight, meet new people and have fun doing it. This challenging team workout includes running and walking, resistance training, jumping jacks, plyometric drills, stretching, calisthenics, and agility and power drills.
Limited enrollment ensures personal attention and quality for every participant.
