FAQs

Will Semi Private Training be a good option for me?
Yes, Every class offers a wide variety of strength, range of motion, circuit and core training exercises. You'll have fun training in a small group and will receive ample instruction and feedback from your trainer. Semi Private Training has the similar benefits of 1-1 personal training at a fraction of the cost. With Semi Private Training you can train with up to 5 members and never have to worry about your rates changing. Monthly packages* 30 days to use.

What is the difference between group training and Semi Private Training?
Group training it has similar benefits of Semi Private training at a fraction of the cost. This program is designed for individuals that don't have any special circumstances which needs a more personalized program to take home. This program also saves you money because 10 clients will be in the group.

What is a typical day like at Boot camp?
Each day is different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some running, cardio intervals, med ball work, weight training, obstacle courses, core training and jump rope. You might use kettle bells, or TRX. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability." You will enjoy a unique fitness experience.

If I'm not fit. Can I still join the Boot Camp or Semi Private class?
Yes, the class is designed for clients of all fitness levels. You will always be given full exercise demonstration and instructions with an option of alternative exercises for beginners to advanced so that everyone will enjoy the workout and get the most out of it, With semi private we try to match clients of the same caliber together. With that being said, if you have very little experience with exercise, you may like to consider taking a few personal training sessions to learn the basics and build confidence before joining a group workout program.

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve! Don't focus on the discomfort. Focus on the fact that your body is responding, and you are getting results! We shake it up so the workouts don't get stale, and your body doesn't completely adapt.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours or more prior to scheduled Private or Semi Private sessions. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge in the amount of one full session.

What if I miss a day of my monthly Boot camp? Can I make it up or get a discount?
We are looking for a commitment from you to your fitness. The results you want come with time. Be sure of your commitment before you make it! Why? Because I believe that a large part of your success is based on your attendance and personal investment towards your goal. I do not offer discounts or refunds for missed days or for "abandoned" programs in midstream. Only make up classes for our members are available when classes are missed during Holidays.

What if I purchased a 10-pack group training or boot camp class gift card can I use them for private training?
Yes you can but your available credit will be applied at our regular Private Training rate of $85.00 a session, no discount will be applied.
